Credit Suisse redesigned its best benefits packages to be one of the best in the industry, yet a Global Employee Engagement Survey conducted in 2009 showed employee satisfaction with benefit plans as “average.”  Given this disconnect, Credit Suisse deployed an online Total Rewards Solution that would effectively communicate – online, 24/7 – the full value of Credit Suisse’s investment in its employees.
