Cyborg and Enwisen Alliance Expands as More Customers Recognize Value of Combined Solutions |

NOVATO, CA (August 13, 2003) — Enwisen, Inc., the mid- to large-market leader for HR communication solutions, announced today that its alliance with Cyborg Systems has resulted in the addition of two new joint customers, AmSouth Bancorporation (NYSE: ASO), a leading regional bank with 600 offices, and Yuma Regional Medical Center, a major hospital in Arizona. |

Under the terms of their agreement, AmSouth will expand their Cyborg HR self-service platform with Enwisen. Enwisen’s Budget Solution will automate budget workflow processes that require a chain of approval and the Performance Review module will add the capacity to attach performance review ratings to employees during the budget approval process, thereby increasing the effectiveness of decision-making. |

Yuma Regional Medical Center chose to purchase Enwisen’s award-winning Employee Resource Center to complement their existing Cyborg platform. The ERC provides a library of information resources about benefits, life events, and HR policies that empowers employees and managers to make more effective, educated use of self-service. Users will be able to access Enwisen’s platform 24/7, including from the home, which Yuma expects will cut down substantially on HR administrative costs, paper notices, and repetitive questions. |
