Tesseract and Enwisen Create Alliance to Provide Comprehensive HR Solution for Large Corporations |

NOVATO, CA (July 23, 2003) — Enwisen, the mid-to large-market leader for HR communications, today announced the finalization of a new alliance with Tesseract, Inc., a leading provider of integrated workforce management software solutions for many of the Fortune 100. |

Under the agreement, Enwisen and Tesseract will participate in co-promotional sales and marketing initiatives and develop strong integration between the two solutions. The alliance will capitalize on Tesseract’s signature human resources Web-based software suite and Enwisen’s content and communication platform, providing large companies with a solution that better serves their workforce. |
