Century Theatres Selects Enwisen for Streamlined Benefits and HR Communications |

NOVATO, CA (July 15, 2003) — Enwisen, Inc., the mid- to large-market leader for HR communication solutions, announced today the signing of an agreement with Century Theatres, a top-grossing movie theater chain with 900 screens, in partnership with Craford Benefit Consultants. The agreement will focus on streamlining Century’s HR and benefits communication with Enwisen’s flagship product, the Employee Resource Center. |

The agreement reflects the continued success of Enwisen’s alliance with Craford in providing solutions for the hospitality industry, including California brasserie chain Left Bank. Enwisen and Craford’s strategy focuses on providing value-added technology for an industry that has high turnover, many locations, and a strong service orientation. The approach involves distributed manager empowerment, which equips managers with the information, forms, and resources needed to provide HR service smoothly and rapidly at the point of need. |

With locations in 11 states and a high percentage of short-term staff, Century faced logistical challenges in communicating to employees, especially during new hire orientation and yearly open enrollment periods. In addition, managers were often confused about proper policies and procedures when key information went out of date, raising liability concerns. Century’s rapid growth compounded the problem, stretching the limits of HR’s capacity to handle the forms and questions stemming from orientations and open enrollment. |

Century’s new communication platform will deliver HR information in a web-based format that includes features such as detailed benefit plan comparisons, life event resources, and decision-support tools. Yearly open enrollment orientation will occur via a customized online tour and managers will be able to access the most current information about policies and procedures. |
