Enwisen Launches White & Case Total Compensation Statement |

NOVATO, CA (July 1, 2003) — Enwisen, Inc., the mid- to large-market leader for HR communication solutions, announced today the launch of online total compensation statements for White & Case, LLP, a prestigious global law firm headquartered in New York. |

The statements were rolled out nationwide for 1660 domestic employees. During the eight-week buildout of the statements, the Enwisen team worked with White & Case to compile, integrate, and display data from various systems on a single private-label website linked to the company Intranet. |

In addition to traditional cash compensation, White & Case’s statements include the value of all non-cash compensation, including benefit elections, paid time off, retirement / pension contributions, and the impact of pre-tax contributions for flexible spending, dependent care, commuter, and 401(k) programs. The statements also provide employees with a projection of their future retirement balances. White & Case’s previous attempts to produce paper versions of total compensation statements proved laborious, costly, and potentially dangerous from a liability perspective. Errors were often discovered during post-production and White & Case would need to decide whether to notify employees of the errors or to reprint, both of which proved expensive. Their online statements can be updated immediately if there are data errors or changes in display rules. |
