  Zions Bancorporation Selects Enwisen for HR Communication Needs  
 
  NOVATO, CA (April 04, 2003) — Enwisen, Inc., the mid- to large-market leader for HR communication solutions, announced today the signing of an agreement with Zions Bancorporation (NYSE: Zion), a premier financial services company that operates over 400 full-service banking offices throughout the western United States.  
  With a diverse array of locations and dozens of complex benefit plans, Zions had experienced considerable cost and employee strain from distributing benefit plan documents, especially during open enrollment. They needed a robust communication solution and Enwisen’s Employee Resource Center proved the clear choice.  
  Custom Intranet solutions would have cost significantly more and required a longer implementation, without adequate benefits relative to Enwisen’s flexible ASP strategy. Zions also required full integration with their Ceridian enrollment and benefits administration service, and Enwisen’s easily configurable architecture is designed to work with a variety of software systems.  
  In addition to the Employee Resource Center, Zions will use Enwisen’s HR Service Center application to make their internal call center more efficient and accurate. The Service Center provides an issue tracking and resolution application integrated with Enwisen’s knowledgebase. The end result for Zions will be a service center dashboard with integrated access to call tracking tools, benefits knowledgebase, and employee records in the Ceridian Benefits database. This will allow HR staff to provide consistent and personalized answers, record and track inquiries, and generate reports on employee issues and service center performance. The agreement marks the continuing success of Enwisen in attracting large companies to its solutions. Zions’ 8200 employees and $3.8 billion market capitalization would normally lead it to favor custom-installed and managed Intranet solutions. However, they found that with Enwisen they could achieve their communication goals at a fraction of the price and add additional functions after establishing the core platform.
