Michael is an accomplished enterprise software sales and business development executive with an impressive track record for selling products and services to the mid-market and Fortune 1000 companies. He draws from more than fifteen years of experience in recruiting, developing, and managing high-performance teams and closing large business contracts. |

As cofounder of SuccessFactors, a leading provider of workforce management software, Michael was instrumental in devising business and product strategies that led to significant sales growth. As founder of Qualtec Resources, an IT consulting services company, Michael achieved international sales of over $100M, hired over 80 consultants worldwide, and conducted business in 12 countries throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in Computer Engineering and Operations Research Engineering. |
