Moves to Lead in Web-based HR Communications Industry |
| |
The new 2004 customers and strategic relationships give Enwisen the industry’s largest user base for hosted, Web-based HR Communications solutions, with thousands of employers accessing Enwisen’s Employee, Manager, HR, Service Center, Benefits (including Consumer Choice Health Plan) and Work-Life Event content and decision support modules. |
| |
Companies leverage Enwisen solutions to successfully execute on a variety of strategic HR initiatives, such as: reducing the cost of providing and administering benefits; pushing responsibility for daily work-life activity out to employees and managers while minimizing risk; doing more with less across all levels of the workforce; and retaining employees. |
| |
Wally Smith, Enwisen’s Chief Executive Officer, attributed Enwisen’s landmark success to the company’s “software-as-a-service” delivery model. “When ’old generation’ HR knowledgebases were first introduced, they were widely perceived as a ’nice to have’ — not mission critical and far too expensive to deploy and maintain for the majority of companies. |
| |
“But the role of HR Communications has become significantly more strategic, and mission critical to the successful execution of key business initiatives. With Enwisen’s web-based HR Communication solutions, which are affordable and easy to deploy for companies of any size, companies can now leverage HR Communications tools to be successful in the workforce programs that will help them compete and thrive,” commented Smith. |
