Enwisen Expands Into Hospitality Market Via Relationship with Left Bank |

NOVATO, CA (February 15, 2003) — Enwisen, Inc., the mid- to large-market leader for HR communications, announced today its expansion into the hospitality market via a deal with Left Bank, a French brasserie company in the San Francisco Bay Area. The agreement was brokered by Enwisen partner Craford, a benefits consulting firm that serves the mid-market as well as large companies. |

With a high turnover rate typical of the hospitality industry, Left Bank needed a solution to automate the entire new hire orientation and integration process. Their line managers wanted to draw HR expertise from a technology platform that could provide them with consistent and accurate content. They also needed to integrate employee data with payroll to provide personalized views and eliminate redundant data entry. Enwisen’s manager self-service capabilities proved to be essential to allow Left Bank managers to better service their employees, become more efficient, and provide timely access to important policies, tools, and forms, as well as manage risk. |

The agreement represents an expansion of Enwisen’s strategy to open new sales channels via partnerships and bundle its solutions with complementary services, thereby increasing market penetration and providing enhanced service. Enwisen and Craford will collaborate on providing a combination of strategic consulting and online tools. |
