White & Case Selects Enwisen to Implement Total Compensation Statement |

NOVATO, CA (January 28, 2003) — Enwisen, Inc., the mid- to large-market leader for HR communication solutions, announced today that White & Case, LLP, a prestigious global law firm headquartered in New York, has selected Enwisen’s SmartWare™ platform to deliver total compensation statements to its employees. The success of White & Case’s Employee Resource Center, built by Enwisen in late 2002, was a key factor in selecting Enwisen for this new project.

Under the terms of the agreement, Enwisen will use its SmartWare™ platform to produce personalized compensation statements. In addition to traditional cash compensation, White & Case’s statement will include the value of all non-cash compensation, including benefit elections, paid time off, retirement / pension contributions, and the impact of pre-tax contributions to flexible spending, dependent care, commuter, and 401(k) programs. The statement will also provide employees with a projection of their future retirement balances, including social security. |

The compensation statement will be populated with data from various systems, including retirement plan vendors, social security, and White & Case’s HRMS. Enwisen will use a SOAP/XML based integration to White & Case’s HRMS. If desired, this approach enables White & Case to provide continuous data, thereby allowing employees to view their statements throughout the year. |
