Usability by Role

Employees (new hires) can:
  • Pre-board to facilitate a more productive first day on the job.
  • View personalized content that has been designed for and specifically targeted to them – they learn only about the organizational policies and benefits that are relevant to them.
  • Model and evaluate their benefit plan choices.
  • Feel more welcome, comfortable and excited to begin work.

Hiring managers can:

  • Manage new hires by displaying onboarding tour-taker activity including password, groups, messages and tours.
  • View tours, tour-takers and tour statuses associated with their new hires via state-of-the-art graphical dashboards, consoles and charts.
  • Manage workflow, post messages and send emails via My Inbox.
  • Answer questions submitted by tour takers during their tours and view a “global” Question and Answer Board containing all tour taker questions.
  • Add and remove proxies for their My Inbox account.

Administrators can:

  • Manage tours with the Administrator Dashboard, a meta-view of the organization’s tours that displays summaries of tour counts and percentages of at-risk, past-due and on-time items by tour.
  • Use administrator analytics to view charts and reports showing employee and manager workflow and statistics and to monitor tour progress and details.
  • Approve tours: Once HR has viewed all forms of a tour, HR can approve the tour and pass the data to the HRIS system of record.
  • Archive and/or delete old tour data.
  • Manage workflow stages, post messages, send emails, view forms requiring action, and override all workflow processing via Admin Inbox.
  • Create email templates for status notifications using a template editor.
  • Export enterprise data generated during tours to Excel.
  • Review all acknowledgements for a given tour.
  • Assign administrators to preside over groups.
  • Track E-Verify requests – check status and perform actions on requests.
