Enwisen User Community
Enwisen has an active user community. Advisory panels meet regularly to provide input on product direction and to share success stories. We hold annual user meetings as well as online events. Enwisen customers often speak at webinars and industry events to share their results. Product news and customer event information are posted on our customer extranet, EnwisenInteractive.
Our comprehensive approach ensures that expectations are met and that our customers' time and resources are utilized wisely. Throughout the process, there is a consistent account team led by the sales representative and dedicated project and account manager. We ensure the continuity and ongoing success of our customers' utilization of our solutions – from the very beginning, through deployment, testing and a successful launch, to ongoing maintenance and product updates.
We’ll also help you “score a touchdown" with your employees, managers and other users with a Communications Guide, filled with in-house marketing ideas, that will help you gain buy-in and promote use of your new Enwisen solutions – before, during and after your launch.
