  Introduction  
  Enwisen is the industry leader in online human resources and employee benefits communication. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to implement our award-winning web-based Total Rewards Statements (TRS), also known in the industry as Total Compensation Statements.  
 
  Responsibilities  
  This position requires the ability to function at both strategic and tactical levels. Project Managers are responsible for managing the implementation and launch of our web-delivered and sometimes print-delivered TRS services for clients. The position requires strong compensation expertise and technology and project management skills. Operational excellence and crisp execution will drive the ultimate long-term success of Enwisen.    
  At Enwisen, we configure the TRS based on a client’s specific compensation components, human resources policies, and employee benefit programs. Our compensation statements range from simple to complex. Our national client base includes clients in the following industries: banking, biotechnology, computer hardware/software, insurance, law, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and publishing.  
 
  Specific Responsibilities  
 
Effectively manage client implementations to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget  
 
Initiate and lead client kickoff meetings, create project timelines, develop a Statement of Work, manage client expectations, resolve project conflicts, manage deliverables from client or client vendors, and immediately identify risks to project delivery  
 
 
Provide consultation to clients regarding compensation categories, statement presentation, data requirements, and file processing  
 
 
Coordinate with external resources including, but not limited to payroll vendors, retirement vendors, brokerage firms, benefits enrollment vendors, human resources/benefits consultants, and insurance carriers  
 
 
Coordinate the generation and mailing of print statements with printing vendors  
 
Direct and supervise in-house Data Managers, ensuring proper data merging, data scrubbing, and data accuracy  
 
Proactively manage ongoing client relationships and clients' periodic TRS changes and data refreshes. Monitor employee use and actively support clients in promoting and extending use of Enwisen tools and resources  
 
 
Assist in developing the infrastructure, tools, and methods needed to manage multiple, simultaneous implementations  
 
 
  Qualifications & Experience  
  Required  
 
5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee and executive compensation  
 
5+ years of project management experience  
 
Proven ability to multi-task and handle 5-6 implementations simultaneously  
 
Technological savvy: ability to quickly grasp and use web content development tools  
 
Advanced communication skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills  
 
Proven ability to work with teams and enhance overall team skills  
 
BS/BA degree  
  Strongly Desired  
 
Experience in professional services implementation consulting  
 
  Technical Requirements  
 
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Project  
 
Basic SQL Query skills  
 
Knowledge of HTML editing tools (desired)  
 
CSS coding knowledge  
 
  Full-time position; the individual hired can work remotely. No relocation assistance is available.
