  SR. Customer Implementation and Support Developer  
  Enwisen is the leader in online human resources and employee benefits communication. The Technical Support position at Enwisen will work within the Operations group to provide telephone and email-based technical support of web-based software applications for prospective clients, customers, partners, as well as to the internal production team. In addition to having strong customer relationship skills, the candidate must have a strong background in technical support with the ability to solve problems independently and creatively. The candidate should be willing to learn new skills as required with a focus web-based development technologies.    
 
  Responsibilities  
 
Provide Email and telephone based technical support  
 
Identify and document product issues, enhancements, and requests  
 
Work cross-functionally with other Enwisen departments to resolve client issues  
 
Provide Helpdesk support for internal office computer systems  
 
Assist Project Managers with new feature upgrades to software platform  
 
  Qualifications/Skills  
 
Minimum 1 year of phone/email based technical support  
 
Excellent customer relationship skills  
 
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills  
 
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English  
 
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  
 
Experience with web technologies including HTML/CSS and JavaScript, SQL with a desire to learn  
 
  Technologies  
 
Experience with web technologies including HTML/CSS and JavaScript, SQL with a desire to learn  
 
HTML / CSS – Hand code HTML and CSS. Ability to define CSS styles. Tools: Homesite  
 
FLASH - basic flash and flash video integration skills. Tools: Flash CS3  
 
Graphics - web graphic creation and optimization. Tools: Photoshop, SnagIt  
 
Ability to support Windows 2000/XP  
 
  BA, BS degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience  
 
  Salary will commensurate with experience.
