Enwisen is searching for a Product Manager/Strategist who would have responsibility over managing the Enwisen product direction and delivery. This person would work closely with our customers, prospects, industry experts and with the Enwisen team to define/refine the product roadmap. In addition, this person would be responsible for creating the necessary specifications (requirements & functional spec) to define the precise requirements for the product enhancements. This person would also work closely with UI, R&D and QA team to execute on the product delivery. In addition, upon release of new versions, this person would be responsible for the rollout release plans and tasks as well as the necessary transfer of knowledge to the Sales and Marketing organizations (see below the list of responsibilities). |

The successful candidate would have 10-15+ years experience in a product management role managing HR solutions. In addition, the candidate must have a BA/BS or above. Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to take initiative and work in a team environment are crucial. |

Responsibilities |
|
|
| |
|
Evangelize the current product line (webinars, conferences, articles, etc.) |
|
|
| |
|
Assess market needs, trends and customer demands/desires |
|
|
| |
|
Define (and amend) the product roadmap for all Enwisen solutions |
|
|
| |
|
Organize and manage input and feedback sessions for product roadmap (customers, analysts, industry experts, management team, etc.) |
|
| |
|
| |
|
Deliver all materials to appropriately articulate the product roadmap (sales, executive, board, analyst, etc.) |
|
|
| |
|
Write product requirements documents |
|
|
| |
|
Work closely with UI organization to ensure product requirements are met within the UI |
|
|
| |
|
Assist in the organization and participate of usability testing and reviews |
|
|
| |
|
Write product functional specs (to the appropriate level required by development) |
|
|
| |
|
Work closely with development in interpreting requirements, ensure build reflects market needs, validating with key constituents the product build, etc. |
|
| |
|
| |
|
Manage overall project plan to embrace all aspects of the build lifecycle and Product Rollout Process (PRP) |
|
|
| |
|
Assist in QA testing of release, sign off on readiness of release |
|
|
| |
|
Assist in alpha/beta testing/validation with customers |
|
|
| |
|
Prepare, deliver and assist with all PRP materials: transfer of information (TOI) documents, sales readiness training, product release announcements, marketing campaigns, migration plans, channel announcements & training, etc. |

|
Monitor market trends and announcements and build inventory of competitor capabilities (and movements) |
|
|
| |
|
Produce metrics to substantiate release scope and resources |
|
|
| |
|
Assist sales in prospect or customer situations where product roadmap discussions are necessary |
