Walter Smith, Chief Executive Officer and Director |

| |
Walter (Wally) Smith joined Enwisen in July 2000 as a proven executive with a track record for creating growth and increasing profitability. Smith began his career at Advanced Analog in 1982 where he pioneered the military aerospace DC-to-DC converter market, creating a new market that grew from zero sales to over $100 million. The company was sold to Lambda in 1994. After a successful integration, Smith became the President and CEO of AOS, a manufacturer of patented computer accessory and corporate workstation products. After selling AOS to Herman Miller, he consulted to the technology/internet venture capital community. Smith is a founder and board member of iNTERiVE, an internet-based, project management software company. |

Deepjot Chhabra, President |

| |
Deepjot (DJ) Chhabra joined Enwisen in April 2006 to manage the product strategy and business development functions, and was named President in May of 2007. Chhabra has over 20 years experience in the HCM field and has held a variety of management positions in HCM and IT for organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Cisco Systems, SynOptics and Seagate Technology. Prior to joining Enwisen, Chhabra was Vice President of Global HCM Product Strategy for the Oracle and PeopleSoft HCM product line. During his eight years at Oracle, he was also Vice President of Applications Development for a variety of the Oracle HCM products. |

Angela Hart, Vice President – Channel Development |

| |
Angela Hart joined Enwisen in February, 2007, to lead channel development. Prior to joining Enwisen, she was Director of Sales for Kronos’ HRM Business Unit where she was responsible for directing the daily operation of the business unit’s sales and presales resources focused exclusively on selling and supporting Kronos’ HRM suite of products. |

With nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience and demonstrated leadership skills, Hart is responsible for expanding the breadth and depth of Enwisen’s strategic HCM partnerships and increasing revenue through various channel sales activities. Prior to Kronos, she held numerous positions throughout a ten-year career with Oracle/Peoplesoft’s HCM team, including National Retail Solutions Specialist, Director of HCM Sales and Consulting Practice Director, where she consistently drove significant revenue while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Before joining Oracle/Peoplesoft, Hart held posts with Ceridian Employer Services and several advertising and marketing firms. |

Barbara Levin, Senior Vice President – Marketing and Customer Community |

| |
Barbara Levin is the senior vice president of marketing and customer community for Enwisen, bringing more than 20 years experience in HCM software marketing and product strategy. Levin came to Enwisen in September 2004 as Vice President of Marketing and was promoted to senior vice president in October, 2007. She is responsible for building Enwisen's tremendous market momentum and success, and for driving strategies that maximize the involvement and partnership of Enwisen’s fast-growing customer community. Prior to joining Enwisen, she was the president of Barbara Levin Associates, where she contributed to the start-up marketing success of industry leaders such as PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors. She was also senior vice president of marketing for iClick. |

Barry Maxon, Executive Vice President – Sales |

| |
Barry Maxon is Enwisen’s executive vice president of sales, and has more than 15 years experience in delivering HCM solutions that help companies maximize both their employee and their HC software investments. Prior to joining Enwisen in 1999, Maxon was a senior associate at A.T. Kearney, a leading international management consulting firm. |

Maxon earned a Master’s of Management in Marketing, Management Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Maxon graduated cum laude with a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. |

John McLaughlin, Vice President – Finance |

John McLaughlin joined Enwisen in February 2008, bringing a background in finance and accounting within a large company environment, as well as human resources and entrepreneurial experience. He is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and human resources at Enwisen. McLaughlin’s financial experience began in the consumer products industry, where he first served as an internal auditor, then later held leadership roles as a group Director of Planning and Analysis and a Divisional Controller within the General Mills organization. He also was deeply involved in strategic planning, acquisition review and analysis, and the start-up of international restaurant operations in Japan and Canada during his nine year tenure with General Mills. John then co-founded a staffing firm in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in accounting and finance positions. Over a twelve year period that firm grew to four offices and one hundred professional employees, and was later sold to a national staffing corporation. |

Maksim Ovsyannikov, Vice President – Product Strategy |

| |
Maksim Ovsyannikov joined Enwisen in June of 2008 as the Vice President of Product Strategy. Maksim’s responsibilities include Enwisen’s product strategy and product management. Maksim reports directly to Enwisen’s President DJ Chhabra. |

Maksim’s career includes key product strategy positions at IBM, ADP and at Saba Software. Recently while at Saba, Maksim led strategy and product management for Saba’s global portfolio of unified Human Capital Management products. Maksim’s responsibilities included setting direction for Saba’s entire suite of People Management solutions, consisting of Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Management, Workforce Planning, Workforce Modeling, Position Management, Competency Frameworks and Talent Analytics. |

Maksim is widely recognized as a thought leader and as an innovative strategist in the area of Human Capital Management. Ovsyannikov is a frequent speaker and has published numerous articles related to next generation thinking in the areas of People Management, Human Capital Management, Social Networking and Collaboration. |

Maksim holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Stanford University, a Master’s of Science Degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the Leavy School of Business at Santa Clara University. |

Roger Woehl, Vice President – Information Technology |

Roger Woehl has been with Enwisen since 1998, serving as the principal architect of Enwisen’s core technologies. In this role Woehl invented Enwisen’s patented intuitive interlinking content publishing system. |

Prior to Enwisen, Woehl was an engineering process efficiency consultant for companies such as Lockheed and Westech, and served as the director of product development for an electrical interconnect company. He owns seven patents in this field, with products used by the U.S. military in crafts such as Longbow Apache helicopters, Black and Sea Hawk helicopters and surface ships. |

Woehl has also run energy conservation research projects for residential housing organizations, and has a BS degree in mechanical engineering from California State University at Chico. |

Alan Hoops is the CEO of CareMore, a Medicare Advantage health plan, and co-founder, former president and CEO of PacifiCare Health Systems (now a division of UnitedHealthcare). |

From PacifiCare's beginnings in 1977, Hoops served as one of the organization's leaders. His efforts culminated in the company's rapid expansion in the 1990s, Hoops assumed the role of president and CEO in 1993 when he replaced his long-time mentor and co-founder, Terry Hartshorn. |

Under Hoops’ direction, PacifiCare grew five-fold to become the nation’s 5th largest managed health care services company with over $11 billion in revenue, serving approximately 4 million members in 9 states and the Territory of Guam. PacifiCare's SecureHorizons division also became the nation’s largest and most successful Medicare Advantage health plan (senior HMO), serving more than one million Medicare beneficiaries. |

Karl Matthies, Director |

Karl Matthies is a private equity investor and consultant to companies in the consumer, e-commerce and real estate industries. He is the founder and principal partner in Bellagio Partners, an investment fund and consulting practice. Matthies was a founding partner of Montgomery Securities. He joined the predecessor firm, Robertson, Colman, Siebel and Weisel in 1979 as an analyst focused on the hotel, restaurant and entertainment industries. In 1978, Montgomery Securities was formed and he was named director of research and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He was a 10-time Institutional Investor All Star analyst during his research career and headed one of the most productive research groups on Wall Street from 1978-1990. In 1990, he was named head of the firm’s Consumer & Real Estate Corporate Finance activities. In September 1999, he retired from the firm, now Banc of America Securities, to pursue the growth of Bellagio Partners. |

John Hahn is CEO and co-founder of Edgewood Partners Insurance Center (EPIC), a rapidly growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm launched in 2007. Prior to EPIC, he was president and a founding partner of Tri-City Brokerage, one of the nation’s largest distributors of specialized wholesale insurance products and services. Hahn has served on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Industry Charitable Fund and is a member of the TEC Group, a leading international organization of CEOs. |

Joe Ueberroth, Director |

A former benefits broker, Joe Ueberroth started his career with Sedgwick. Ueberroth is currently a senior partner with the Contrarian Group, Inc., an investment and consulting firm based in Southern California. As a general partner of CGI's Opportunity Fund, Ueberroth has been involved in investments and leadership roles with well-known companies such as Doubletree Hotels, Ambassadors International, GetThere.com, and Pebble Beach Golf Links. Ueberroth is also co-founder and former president of the BellPort Group, an international marina management firm, and serves on several corporate boards. |

Eugene R. Schutt, Director |

Most recently Chairman and CEO of Citicorp Trust Bank, and previously President of Avco Financial Services, Inc., Eugene Schutt was also the CEO of Firstdoor, Inc. when it entered into a strategic acquisition by Enwisen. Schutt has over 32 years of U.S. and international experience and is a member of the World Presidents' Organization. |
