Responsibilities |

This position requires the ability to function at both strategic and tactical levels. Project / Account Managers are responsible for managing the implementation and launch of our web-delivered services for clients. The position requires strong subject matter expertise, technology and project management skills. Operational excellence and crisp execution will drive the ultimate long-term success of Enwisen. |

Specific Responsibilities |
|
 |
| |
|
Effectively manage client implementations to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget |
|
 |
| |
|
Directly manage the benefits writing and web content staffs that configure client web sites |
|
 |
| |
|
Coordinate with external resources including benefits brokers, benefits enrollment vendors, human resource/benefits consultants and insurance carriers |
|
| |
 |
| |
|
Proactively manage ongoing client relationships and their annual content changes. Monitor client usage and actively support clients in promoting and extending usage of Enwisen tools and resources |
|
| |
 |
| |
|
Help develop the infrastructure, tools and methodologies needed to manage multiple, simultaneous implementations |
|

Qualifications & Experience |
|
 |
| |
Required |
|
 |
| |
|
5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee benefits |
|
 |
| |
|
5+ years operational and/or project management experience |
|
 |
| |
|
Proven ability to multi-task and handle 3 – 4 implementations simultaneously |
|
 |
| |
|
Technology savvy: able to quickly grasp and use our proprietary web content development tools |
|
 |
| |
|
Advanced communications skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills |
|
 |
| |
|
Proven ability to work with teams and enhance overall team skills |
|
 |
| |
|
BS/BA degree |
|
|
| |
Strongly Desired |
|

| |
|
Experience in professional services implementation consulting |
|

| |
Technical Requirements |

MS Word, Excel, Access and Project |

Knowledge of HTML editing tools desired |

This is a full-time, on-site position in Novato, CA. No relocation is available. |
