  Responsibilities  
  This position requires the ability to function at both strategic and tactical levels. Project / Account Managers are responsible for managing the implementation and launch of our web-delivered services for clients. The position requires strong subject matter expertise, technology and project management skills. Operational excellence and crisp execution will drive the ultimate long-term success of Enwisen.    
  At Enwisen, we configure AnswerSource based on a client’s specific human resources policies and employee benefit programs. Our clients’ policies and programs range from simple to complex. Our national client base includes clients in the following industries: Banking, Biotechnology, Computer Hardware/Software, Insurance, Law, Logistics, Manufacturing and Publishing.  
 
  Specific Responsibilities  
 
Effectively manage client implementations to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget  
 
Directly manage the benefits writing and web content staffs that configure client web sites  
 
Coordinate with external resources including benefits brokers, benefits enrollment vendors, human resource/benefits consultants and insurance carriers  
 
 
Proactively manage ongoing client relationships and their annual content changes. Monitor client usage and actively support clients in promoting and extending usage of Enwisen tools and resources  
 
 
Help develop the infrastructure, tools and methodologies needed to manage multiple, simultaneous implementations  
 
 
  Qualifications & Experience  
  Required  
 
5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee benefits  
 
5+ years operational and/or project management experience  
 
Proven ability to multi-task and handle 3 – 4 implementations simultaneously  
 
Technology savvy: able to quickly grasp and use our proprietary web content development tools  
 
Advanced communications skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills  
 
Proven ability to work with teams and enhance overall team skills  
 
BS/BA degree  
  Strongly Desired  
 
Experience in professional services implementation consulting  
 
  Technical Requirements  
 
MS Word, Excel, Access and Project  
 
Knowledge of HTML editing tools desired  
 
  This is a full-time, on-site position in Novato, CA. No relocation is available.
