Job Summary
As part of the Enwisen Customer Delivery Team, the Web Analyst uses industry standard web design/developer skillsets and the Enwisen toolset to design and code Enwisen solutions such as the AnswerSource Knowledgebase/Portal, Total Rewards, Onboarding, and HR Shared Service Center. The Web Analyst is able to articulate best practices to the client, project manager or account manager to support a successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Specific Responsibilities
- Work closely with project manager or account manager and consultants to understand the client objectives
- Provide consultative support to project manager or account manager consultants, and client
- Analyze client requirements and determine approach based on client needs and future support and maintenance
- Understands and follows Enwisen’s implementation methodology
- Designs and codes web based HR communication portals, total reward statements, Onboarding tours using industry web design/ developer skillsets using Enwisen best practices and client specifications
- Ensures accuracy of sites thru supporting QA and testing process
- Support project timeline and complete tasks within the standard project timelines
- Coordinates with R&D team to develop and refine best practices based current client requirements and future needs
- Mentors and supports less experienced Web Analysts
- Manages toolset configuration activities and delegates to other team members/offshore team on larger projects

Minimum Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in front end web site development
- Intermediate HTML and XHTML programming language (including but not limited to hand coding)
- Intermediate CSS programming language
- Intermediate SQL query writing experience and intermediate experience with SSIS packages(TRS only)
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite Software (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro)
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn and master new technologies
- Must be a “self-starter”, as well as, work in a fast paced heterogeneous group project environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
- Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel and clients, both in verbal and written modes; able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
- Critical thinking skills – must be able to quickly understand issues and technical hurdles and devise solutions or alternatives
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the normal schedule when necessary
- Limited travel to client site when necessary (less than 10%)
