Responsibilities

We are seeking to fill the position of Total Rewards Production Analyst. The Total Rewards Production Analyst will primarily focus on the technical aspects of implementing Total Rewards projects.  This position is full-time on-site in our Atlanta, GA location (1425 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA  30318).

Description

The functions required to be successful for this position include:

•    Working knowledge of with XML, CSS, HTML
•     MS SQL Server, MS SQL Integration Services (SSIS)
•     Visual Studio 2005 and VSS
•     Familiarity with FTP, PGP, Excel and Access
•     Familiarity with developing database driven applications in ASP.NET
•     Good people skills for assisting client team
•     Familiarity with XML, CSS, HTML, OOP, VB.NET, Data Models, ASP.NET
•     Essential to have a positive attitude, lots of initiative, and learn quickly
•    Excellent innovation and troubleshooting skills.
•    Passion to  learn new skills and technologies
•    Ability to manage requirements gathered during sessions with customers, management, Enwisen team members and the development function
•    Ability to work with and train co-workers in toolset as it is applied, and to develop proper documentation.

Qualifications

BS in computer science or related discipline.
•    Experience in gaining active end-user involvement in the specification, design, and implementation phases through phone interviews.
•    Proven effectiveness in working as a member in cross-functional teams, which include engineering, product management, support, sales, and marketing.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
