Responsibilities

The functions required to be successful for this position include:

• Advanced knowledge of Web Design/HTML architecture
• Optimization of Flash Videos and Players ability to convert video files to multiple formats  
• Excellent conceptualization skills to formulate and develop portal architecture on proprietary software to deliver robust functionality in response to internal and external demands
• Detail oriented with the ability to lead a project from initiation to fully functioning solution
• Excellent innovation and troubleshooting skills
• Passion to  learn new skills and technologies
• Ability to manage requirements gathered during sessions with customers, management, Enwisen team members and the development team
• Ability to prioritize the importance and need for new development
• Introduction of new approaches and designs to continue to advance the Enwisen's Windows based  products
• Evaluate client usage and provide enhancements to products and procedures to improve retention and value
• Ability to work lead, direct, mentor and train co-workers in toolset as it is applied, and to develop proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven front-end web development (online portfolio desired)
• BS in computer science or related discipline
• Programming Languages - HTML/XHTML and CSS required (including but not limited to hand coding) Flash & Javascript desired 
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and Dreamweaver
• Web design for software with experience in project management
• Experience in gaining active end-user involvement in the specification, design, and implementation phases through client conferences
• Proven effectiveness in working as a member in cross-functional teams, which include engineering, product management, support, sales, and marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
