Job Summary

As part of the Customer Delivery team, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Enwisen solution for our customers.  The Project Manager drives the client implementation, leads the project team and is involved in the development of key project deliverables (e.g. status reporting, project plans, issue logs, testing, etc.) and works directly with the Client Project Manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. 

Specific Responsibilities  

  • Displays a passion for customer success.
  • Working under minimal direction, utilizes program and project management skills to plan, track and execute on program goals including scope, status, budgets and timelines.
  • Completes project tasks on, or under, timeline and budget requirements. Anticipates and communicates budget and timing issues.
  • Manages business and technical issues as they arise, and ensures a quick resolution.
  • Develops project plans, task deliverables, with exceptionally high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Sets weekly status agenda, facilitates status meetings, and coordinates creation of weekly status report for distribution to management.
  • Develops team task plans, monitors scope changes, and addresses any resource needs.
  • Defines and articulates project risk items to clients in a way that is understood and are either remedied or assumed.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process. 
  • Escalates issues and questions internally and externally as needed to achieve a successful project outcome.
  • Demonstrates a competency in the Enwisen product suite.
  • Ensures the client can serve as a reference upon completing the implementation process.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • 8+ years professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ in a consulting environment.
  • 2+ years experience managing projects related to HCM enterprise application implementations.
  • Ability to handle a number of simultaneous projects, demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion, and be successful in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional aptitude for problem-solving, trouble-shooting and follow through.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and listening skills required for interfacing with client team, managing client expectations, resolving conflicts, and working with various levels of management in various departments.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to exercise exceptional judgment where practices and policies are not defined.
  • Strong technical/configuration skills desired but not required.
  • Experience managing projects to deliver SaaS solutions is a definite plus.
  • Project Management Profession (PMP) certification is a definite plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the normal schedule when necessary.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites (less than 25%)
