Responsibilities

This position requires the ability to function at both strategic and tactical levels. Project Managers are responsible for managing the implementation and launch of our web-delivered services for clients. The position requires strong subject matter expertise, technology and project management skills. Operational excellence and crisp execution will drive the ultimate long-term success of Enwisen.     
 
At Enwisen, we configure AnswerSource based on a client’s specific human resources policies and employee benefit programs. Our clients’ policies and programs range from simple to complex. Our national client base includes clients in the following industries: Banking, Biotechnology, Computer Hardware/Software, Insurance, Law, Logistics, Manufacturing and Publishing.   

Specific Responsibilities   

  • Effectively manage client implementations to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget   
  • Directly manage the benefits writing and web content staffs that configure client web sites   
  • Coordinate with external resources including benefits brokers, benefits enrollment vendors, human resource/benefits consultants and insurance carriers
  • Proactively manage ongoing client relationships and their annual content changes. Monitor client usage and actively support clients in promoting and extending usage of Enwisen tools and resources
  • Help develop the infrastructure, tools and methodologies needed to manage multiple, simultaneous implementations

Qualifications & Experience

Required  

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee benefits
  • 5+ years operational and/or project management experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle 3 – 4 implementations simultaneously
  • Technology savvy: able to quickly grasp and use our proprietary web content development tools
  • Advanced communications skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work with teams and enhance overall team skills
  • BS/BA degree   

Strongly Desired

  • Experience in professional services implementation consulting   

Technical Requirements

  • MS Word, Excel, Access and Project
  • Knowledge of HTML editing tools desired
