Job Summary
As part of the Customer Delivery team, the Product Consultant is a product expert/functional consultant that will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to client delivery. These tasks include gathering and documenting functional requirements; and consulting with customers by providing best practices and guidance to support a successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Specific Responsibilities
- Displays a passion for customer success.
- Gathers and documents client functional requirements.
- Implements and deploys the Enwisen project methodology.
- Performs gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within the Enwisen product suite.
- Demonstrates competency in the Enwisen product suite.
- Configures the application to meet client’s requirements.
- Understands the functional capabilities and limitations for out-of-box functionality as well as custom code.
- Drives standards and best practices
- Troubleshoots client issues and determines root cause
- Collaborates with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives based on Enwisen best practices.
- Trains client personnel on the usage and the administration of the Enwisen product suite.
- Designs and integrates business processes and data flows between Enwisen and other applications.
- Develops high level project work plans and testing strategies.
- Leads client meetings and facilitates sessions.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience working on projects related to HCM enterprise application implementations.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Exceptional aptitude for problem-solving, trouble-shooting and follow through.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and listening skills required for interfacing with client team, managing client expectations, resolving conflicts, and working with various levels of management in various departments.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to exercise exceptional judgment and independent discretion where practices and policies are not defined.
- Strong technical/configuration skills
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the normal schedule when necessary.
- Ability to travel to customer sites (Less than 25%).
